Two adjacent ‘Arts District‘ buildings that currently consist of artists loft have been acquired for $20 million. The developers are considering their options, including offices, retail, rentals, a hotel or condos. The project will join a bevy of development activity in the area.
One could report this as billionaire philanthropist shows confidence in the reinvigorated historic core by establishing a research institute there.
