The varied project will feature a variety restaurants, markets and shops placed on a main street, and a movie theater.
There will also be a commercial aspect with a medical office building.
The residential part of this project will provide a hotel and a 266-unit apartment complex.
The Vineyards will be the commercial heart of the Porter Ranch master planned community northwest of Northridge.
