Gas Prices Dip Below $3 per Gallon in the Inland Empire

People have reported paying $2.99 per gallon in Riverside, Hemet, Menifee, Perris and several places in the Coachella Valley.

The national average dipped to $2.99 for a gallon of unleaded regular gas on Saturday for the first time since Dec. 22, 2010, according to the AAA’s Daily Fuel Gauge Report.

The national average Monday was $2.98; California’s average was $3.30, according to AAA.
